Description

Rich, creamy mini chocolate cheesecake cups made with a chocolate cookie crust and smooth baked chocolate cheesecake filling—perfect for parties and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line muffin pan.

  • Mix cookie crumbs with butter and press into liners.

  • Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and cocoa.

  • Mix in melted chocolate, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.

  • Fill liners ¾ full.

  • Bake 16–18 minutes until just set.

  • Cool completely and chill before serving.
