Rich, creamy mini chocolate cheesecake cups made with a chocolate cookie crust and smooth baked chocolate cheesecake filling—perfect for parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
4 oz dark chocolate, melted
2 eggs
¼ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line muffin pan.
Mix cookie crumbs with butter and press into liners.
Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and cocoa.
Mix in melted chocolate, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
Fill liners ¾ full.
Bake 16–18 minutes until just set.
Cool completely and chill before serving.
