Description

Garlic Parmesan Melting Cabbage is an ultra-tender, oven-roasted cabbage dish with crispy edges, buttery garlic flavor, and savory Parmesan—perfect as a low-carb side or main.


Ingredients

  • 1 large green cabbage

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • Salt & black pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F

  • Slice cabbage into thick rounds

  • Melt butter with olive oil and garlic

  • Brush cabbage and season

  • Roast covered 30 minutes

  • Add Parmesan and roast uncovered 30 minutes
