Description

A comforting, creamy chicken dinner stuffed with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes—easy, elegant, and family-friendly.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 cups spinach

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup mozzarella

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Seasonings as listed above


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken
    Slice a deep pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through. Season inside and out with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  2. Make the creamy filling
    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic until well combined.

  3. Stuff the chicken
    Spoon the filling evenly into each chicken breast. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

  4. Sear for flavor
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

  5. Bake to perfection
