Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken with Roasted Baby Potatoes is a comforting, family-friendly dinner featuring juicy chicken in a rich garlic cream sauce with crispy roasted potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Roasted Baby Potatoes

    • pounds baby potatoes, halved

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme

    • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Roast seasoned baby potatoes at 400°F for 30–35 minutes.

  2. Sear seasoned chicken until golden; remove from skillet.

  3. Make garlic cream sauce in the same pan.

  4. Return chicken to sauce and simmer until cooked through.

  5. Serve with roasted baby potatoes.
