Description

Creamy, comforting Chicken & Spinach Stuffed Shells baked in marinara with melty cheese—easy, family-friendly, and irresistibly cozy.


Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells

  • 2 cups cooked chicken

  • 4 cups fresh spinach

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  • Cook shells until al dente; drain.

  • Sauté garlic and spinach; chop.

  • Mix all filling ingredients.

  • Stuff shells and arrange in dish.

  • Top with sauce and cheese.

  • Bake covered 25 min, uncovered 15 min.
