Ingredients
24 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken
4 cups fresh spinach
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
3 cups marinara sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Cook shells until al dente; drain.
Sauté garlic and spinach; chop.
Mix all filling ingredients.
Stuff shells and arrange in dish.
Top with sauce and cheese.
Bake covered 25 min, uncovered 15 min.
