Description

A creamy, cheesy, oven-baked Beefy Mac and Cheese Casserole loaded with seasoned beef and comforting flavor.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp mustard powder


Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente.

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic.

  • Prepare cheese sauce.

  • Combine all ingredients.

  • Bake until bubbly.
